What is cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying is a form of bullying that uses any electronic device.  People can bully others by harassing, teasing and spreading rumors online.  People can also misuse chat rooms, IMs, websites, pictures, videos, and e-mails to cyber bully others.  Cyber bullying is very harmful because you can never escape the bullying.
